Final Editing Lesson

As todays lesson was one of our last before the deadline, we all decided to split up so that all tasks were completed on time as we have found this is a more efficient way of working. Cori and I made the final tweaks to our video. Today we....

  • Found parts of the video that were still out of sync slightly and analysing whether the movement of Joanna's lips was too slow or too fast. We mended this by dragging each clip further forward or behind in the bar, or by cutting some down and then dragging out to either slow down the motion or speed it up.
  • Found footage of the right size, for example quick close up shots of guitar that we could drag in to spaces between each clip, caused by the re-arrangement of the narrative.

Emily and Rosie uploaded the photos they had taken the lesson before, and produced part of the digipak.
Unfortunately we ran out of time to export our video and finish the digipak, therefore we will go into the classroom when a lesson isn't running to finish these parts tomorrow, giving us time to collate audience feedback. We are preparing answers to each evaluation question tonight and filming us having a discussion about each question to upload to the blog before the deadline.
